FOR SALE 750cc Mini Buggy
This mini buggy is powered by a reliable 1997 Honda VFR 750cc water cooled 6-speed motorcycle engine. This V4 engine produces 100HP. (link to VFR engine info) It has an external oil cooler and oversized radiator to keep it running cool during all conditions. Frame is constructed from 1.25in DOM tubing for added strength. Type1 CV axles. 60 tooth rear sprocket and heavy duty 530 motorcycle chain. Spark Arrestor and quick connect whip flag included. Aluminum side panels and skid pan. Spun aluminum fuel tank. Removable steering wheel and adjustable seat. 3 point racing harness. Electric start. Built in tie down points. It drives like a sports car with clutch, brake, and gas pedals on the floor and gear shifting done with the right hand. MIG welded and built from a professional set of plans from www.desertkarts.com. (original set of plans included) This machine is ready for the trail or sand dunes today.

I have only ridden this buggy three times in the past two years since my son was born so it is time to part with it. If you are thinking about purchasing this for a small child, don’t. This is not a 'gokart'. If you look at the motorcycle information site above for the VFR you will see the bikes top speed was 149 mph. The buggy is geared down with a larger sprocket on the rear so you will not reach anywhere near that max speed, but this thing is extremely fast and powerful and is not suitable for small kids. Most driving is done in third gear which leaves 3 more gears to go if you really have somewhere to get to in a hurry. Dimensions are 121in long by 68in wide by 58.5in high. Front Tires: Carlisle AT489 23x7-10 Rear Tires: Bear Claw 25x12.50-10
