This was the first year in our new home. We did not have much time to create a display so we came up with this idea. It is Santa and two reindeer flying over our fence and landing in our side yard. We used two sets of chaser lights to create the runway with a lighted 'Santa Stop Here' sign at the end.
The sleigh is anchored to the top of an 8-foot ladder just on the inside of our back yard. The ladder was then tied to the ground and fence with rope. The two reindeer are suspended above the ground by a wooden 'bridge' that is attached to the sleigh on one end and to a pole in the ground on the other end. And as always Rudolf had a red nose placed on the front. | | | |
